Jason Rudy
Founder
With 20 years of corporate experience, Jason has been a CEO, built startups and been on the executive team of a billion dollar ASX listed company. Jason was CEO of Catch Group (Catchoftheday, Scoopon and associated brands) for 3 years from 2013-2016, then Australia’s largest pure play eCommerce group with over $230M in revenue approximately $10M profit. Jason was also CEO of EatNow from startup to sale for $250M in 3 years, one of Australia’s most successful start-ups. From 2002 - 2012 Jason held various General Manager positions and was on the Executive Committee within ASX listed software provider IRESS (then a $1B market capitalisation). Prior Jason was Operation Manager at stockbroker Barton Capital / Estar Online Trading and a Consultant at accounting firm Pitcher Partners

Adam Rudy
Founder
Adam has over 25 years of experience. Most recently he was Head of Operations at Luxury Escapes where he improved their Customer Experience through coaching, technology and by putting the customer first. Prior to this, he was Head of Customer Experience at Catch Group (Catch of the Day, Scoopon and associated brands), transforming the Customer Experience from that of a start-up mentality to that of a service driven customer retention and repeat buying ethos. Adam previously worked at IRESS Ltd for 16 years as a Senior Systems Engineer, Operations Manager and General Manager - Operations. During this time he was part of the Executive Committee which saw the company grow from a loss making start-up to a $1B publicly listed company.

Adrian Li
Technical Advisor
Adrian is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He is a seasoned Information Technology (IT) Management professional with over 20 years of Systems Architecture, IT Security and IT Management experience. He also has extensive IT Project Management experience. He is a former member of the Executive Committee of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Hong Kong Chapter as well former Chairman of Project Management Office Club, Hong Kong. As well as being highly technical Adrian has practical IT management skills including; budgeting, resource planning, risk management, negotiation and outsourcing. He is familiar with the System Development Life Cycle - SDLC (ie. Waterfall, Agile development methodology etc.). His extensive IT Operations skills include; Process Control and Governance (ie. ITIL V3, Prince2, SSADM, COBIT) as well as Audit and Regulatory Compliance (ie. ISO20,000, ISO27,001,PCI-DSS).
Adrian has a proven track record of managing large-scale business and IT projects for corporate, start-up and not for profit companies. He speaks English, Cantonese and Chinese (Mandarin).
